Get Nimbus running in under five minutes.

1. • Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection.
2. • Scroll to Exclusions → Add or remove exclusions.
3. • Add a Folder exclusion for your Nimbus directory (e.g. C:\Nimbus).
4. • Confirm that Nimbus.exe and its updates live inside that folder.

This prevents Defender from quarantining auto-updates, while your global protection stays fully enabled.

1. • Run Nimbus-Setup.exe and complete the installer.
2. • Launch Nimbus from the install directory or Start menu.
3. • When prompted, paste your KeyAuth license key from the dashboard.
4. • Wait for the "Secure channel established" status before continuing.

If activation fails, double-check your clock, VPN, and that no third-party AV is blocking outbound TLS traffic.

1. • Join the Nimbus Discord using the invite link from your dashboard.
2. • In Nimbus, open the Account or Discord Linking tab.
3. • Click "Connect Discord" and approve the OAuth popup.
4. • Within a few seconds, you should see your Nimbus role in Discord.

If the role does not sync, ensure your Discord account matches the one used at checkout and try reconnecting once.
