How to link Discord
Open the dashboard, hit Link Discord, authorize once — you get the customer role automatically.
Sign into getnimbus.net/dashboard. Click Link Discord in the Account panel. Discord's standard OAuth screen appears — authorize, and you're done. Within seconds, our bot assigns you the Customer role on the Nimbus server and unlocks the #support, #patch-status, and tier-specific channels.
Lifetime customers get an additional Lifetime role and access to #priority-support, where median first reply is under 5 minutes.
Already on the server but linked the wrong Discord? Re-run the Link Discord flow from the dashboard with the correct Discord account; the role transfers automatically and the old link is revoked.
If the bot doesn't assign the role within a minute, ping @kyaterj in #general with your order ID — the bot can fail under heavy load and a manual ack is instant.
