I bought a key — how do I claim it?
Where to find the email, how to bind to a Nimbus account, and what the first launch looks like.
Within 60 seconds of payment confirming, SellAuth sends an email from noreply@sellauth.com with subject "Your Nimbus key". The key looks like nimbus- followed by random characters. If the email isn't in your inbox after 5 minutes, check spam — that's where it lands more often than we'd like.
Sign in at getnimbus.net/signin with the same email you used at checkout. Your key auto-attaches to your account on first sign-in. From there, hit Download Loader on your dashboard and you're set.
Crypto payments wait for 1 confirmation (BTC) or 12 (ETH) before the email goes out — usually 5-15 minutes. If you don't see anything after 30 minutes, email getnimbuscontact@gmail.com with your order ID.
