Read the full policy at /refund — this article is the short version.

You qualify if any of these are true:

- The loader has never worked on your PC and we can't get it working within 48 hours of your first support ticket.
- An anti-cheat detection event is traceable to a Nimbus signature we own (we publish detections on /status; the policy applies even if the ban is in error).
- We discontinued Marvel Rivals support (this has never happened and we don't plan to, but the policy is in writing in case).

You do not qualify if:

- You changed your mind after using the product for >24 hours.
- A Marvel Rivals patch broke the overlay temporarily — patches are part of the deal and our median turnaround is 14 minutes.
- You were banned for using a different cheat alongside Nimbus.

How to file: open a ticket from your dashboard, category Billing, paste your order ID, and describe what's not working. We reply within 24 hours during business hours, 48 hours overnight.

Timeline once approved: refunds go back to the original payment method. Cards process in 3-5 business days; PayPal is instant; crypto goes back to the deposit address.

Do not file a chargeback as a first move. Chargebacks get your dashboard locked across all your purchases, and the SellAuth fraud team auto-bans the email from future buys. If you genuinely think you qualify, talk to us first — we have never refused a legitimate refund.
