All sales are final.
Nimbus operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing checkout at getnimbus.net, you acknowledge and accept that no refund, credit, or chargeback reversal will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, accidental purchase, perceived feature gaps, ban events, anti-cheat detection, hardware incompatibility, or service interruption.
1. Why All Sales Are Final
This policy exists because the Nimbus product model makes refunds operationally impossible to grant in good faith:
- Immediate digital access. The moment your payment clears, your license key is minted, your account is provisioned, and the gated download endpoint at
/dashboard/downloadunlocks. Delivery is instantaneous and irreversible — the value transfers in seconds. - HWID-bound licensing. Every license is cryptographically bound to your hardware fingerprint on first activation. Once bound, the underlying entitlement has been consumed in a way that cannot be cleanly rescinded or resold.
- Continuously updated payload. The loader pulls signed updates the moment it authenticates. Every successful handshake delivers proprietary, in-development build artifacts. Granting a refund after delivery would mean refunding consumed IP.
For these reasons, no refund will be issued, regardless of channel — SellAuth, Stripe, crypto, manual invoice, or otherwise.
2. The HWID-Transfer Self-Service Alternative
We understand that hardware changes. If you replace your motherboard, rebuild your PC, swap to a new machine, or otherwise need your license to live on different hardware, you do not need a refund — you need a HWID transfer, and you can do it yourself.
- Open
/dashboard/licensewhile signed in to the account that owns the license. - Click Transfer HWID to this device.
- The next loader handshake from the new machine rebinds the license.
Limits:
- 1 transfer per rolling 30-day window.
- The transfer consumes the previous binding immediately. The old device will fail authentication on next handshake.
- Abuse of the transfer flow (e.g. cycling HWIDs to share a license across multiple users) is grounds for termination under Section 5 of the Terms of Service.
This is the only sanctioned alternative to a refund, and it covers the overwhelming majority of legitimate post-purchase needs.
3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or processor reversal in lieu of contacting support is a direct breach of the Terms of Service. Consequences are automatic and non-negotiable:
- Immediate license termination. Your license key is revoked at the auth layer. The loader will fail on next handshake.
- Account suspension. Your dashboard account is locked and any active sessions are invalidated.
- Discord ban. The verified Discord identity bound to your account is permanently banned from the official Nimbus server and any future Nimbus-operated spaces.
- Sub-processor flag. Your email, payment fingerprint, and HWID set are flagged with our payment sub-processors and across our internal abuse-lock matrix. Future purchases under those identifiers will be blocked.
- Recovery of costs. Where permitted, we will pursue recovery of chargeback fees and administrative costs through the processor.
These outcomes apply even if the chargeback is later withdrawn.
4. Resolving Issues the Right Way
If something is wrong, talk to us before talking to your bank. We resolve real issues quickly.

Tickets are reviewed by a human. We do not promise refunds — see Section 1 — but we do promise to investigate, explain, and where appropriate ship a fix, reissue a key, or transfer your binding.
5. Relationship to the Terms of Service
This No-Refunds Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Nimbus Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the more restrictive provision controls. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
