Lost access on new PC

The clean path when you've moved machines and the rotate button isn't enough.

Try the rotate button first

In most cases — new PC, old PC retired or sold, no other complications — the HWID rotate button on the dashboard is all you need. Try that before opening a ticket.

Manual override flow

You'd use this when:

  • The 24-hour rotate cooldown is still running and you have a clear hardware reason (motherboard died mid-session).
  • The dashboard shows your key as bound but your old PC is unreachable and you can't even sign in to trigger a normal rotate.

In those cases:

  1. Open a #support-tickets thread in Discord.
  2. Title: HWID override.
  3. Include the info below.

What we need from you

We need enough to be reasonably sure you are who you say you are:

  • Your order ID (from the SellAuth receipt email).
  • The email the receipt was sent to.
  • The first 6 chars of your license key — never paste the full key in a public channel.
  • A short note on why you can't use the normal rotate (new PC, old PC dead, etc.).

Don't paste your full key in a public ticket. Staff will DM if we need more.
