Banned from Discord — does my license still work?

Yes. Discord bans are community-side, license is product-side. Loader keeps working, no refund, no key loss.

If you've been banned from the Nimbus Discord server, your Nimbus license is not affected. The loader continues to work. Auto-update continues to fire. Your HWID binding stands. Your dashboard is unchanged. The Discord ban is a community-side moderation action; the product itself is unaffected.

What works without Discord access:

The loader runs normally. Sign in, click Launch, play. Auto-update keeps you on the latest build.
The dashboard works normally. /dashboard loads, your keys are listed, HWID reset is functional, license info is visible, the Affiliate tab still tracks if you're an affiliate.
Email support works. getnimbuscontact@gmail.com is the slower-but-functional alternative to Discord support. Median first reply ~24 hours during business hours.
The status page works. /status is public; no Discord required to see active incidents.
Public help and FAQ work. Every help article and the FAQ at /faq are open to the world.

What you lose:

Discord-channel support speed. Email is slower than Discord — 24h instead of 20 minutes — and that's the main practical loss.
Live `#patch-status` notifications. You'll need to refresh /status yourself instead of getting a Discord ping when a patch turnaround starts/finishes.
Community chat. Other customers, beta news, day-to-day conversation.
Tier-specific channels. Lifetime customers lose access to #priority-support and #lifetime-lounge. The Lifetime role itself is unaffected on the account — it just can't be expressed because you're not in the server.

No refund for the Discord ban. Per the all-sales-final policy, being banned from Discord does not entitle you to a refund. The license you paid for is fully usable without Discord access; the loss is convenience, not product functionality.

No key loss for the Discord ban. The key you bought stays in your dashboard, stays bound to your HWID (or stays available to bind), and stays valid through its purchased expiry. We do not revoke licenses as a result of a Discord ban (we do, very rarely, revoke licenses for separate EULA violations — chargebacks, key-sharing — but those are independent of the Discord moderation track).

Want to come back? Email an appeal to getnimbuscontact@gmail.com — see Appealing a Nimbus Discord ban for the full process. Most thoughtful appeals are reviewed within a week and successful ones rejoin without issue.

The honest framing. We separate community access from product access on purpose. You paid for the loader; you get the loader. The Discord is a benefit, not the product. This means we can moderate the community firmly without holding paid licenses as leverage — and you can trust that a moderation decision on Discord won't suddenly cost you the playtime you bought.
