Appealing a Nimbus Discord ban

Most Discord bans are issued for spam, key-sharing offers, or repeated drama. Here's the appeal channel.

If you've been banned from the Nimbus Discord server, here's the honest breakdown of why, what the appeal channel is, and what to expect.

Common reasons we ban. In rough order of frequency:

Spam in support channels. Posting the same question every 10 minutes, tagging staff repeatedly to push your ticket up the queue, or mass-DMing other customers asking for help.
Offering to sell or share your key. Even a casual "DM me, I'll give you my key" in a public channel is an instant ban — key-sharing is a EULA violation and we don't allow it to be normalized.
Posting links to other cheats, leaks, or competitor products. Nimbus's Discord is for Nimbus. Cross-promotion of any other game-modification product is grounds for immediate removal.
Posting Marvel ban screenshots framed as Nimbus's fault. A real ban report goes in #support as a ticket with details — see Marvel Rivals bans — not our jurisdiction. Loud public posts blaming Nimbus without details are removed, and the poster muted on a first incident, banned on a second.
Harassment, hate speech, or doxxing. Standard server-conduct rules. No warning, immediate ban.
Sock-puppet accounts. Returning under a new Discord handle after a previous ban without going through appeal.

The appeal channel. Email getnimbuscontact@gmail.com with the subject Discord ban appeal — <your Discord username>. In the body include:

• The Discord username and tag (e.g. name#1234) that was banned.
• Your Nimbus account email (the one tied to your license, so we can verify you're a customer).
• The approximate date of the ban.
• A one-paragraph explanation of why you think the ban was issued in error, OR an acknowledgment of what you did wrong and what you'd do differently.

We review appeals weekly. Most appeals that include an acknowledgment of the offense (rather than "I did nothing wrong") get a second-chance unban. Most appeals that escalate, deny obvious behavior, or restart the original argument do not.

What an unban looks like. If we approve the appeal, the staff team lifts the ban within 48 hours of approval. You rejoin via the standard /discord invite. Your customer role is re-granted automatically the moment you sign back in (the bot reads your linked account, not the membership history).

What an appeal does NOT do.

• It does not affect your Nimbus license. Your license remains active, your loader still works, your dashboard is unaffected. The Discord ban is a community-side action, not a product-side action. See Discord ban — license unaffected.
• It does not entitle you to a refund. The license you paid for is fully usable without Discord access.
• It does not open a customer-support route. Discord is the fastest support channel, but it's not the only one — email getnimbuscontact@gmail.com works (slower, ~24h first response) regardless of your Discord status.

Repeat offenders. Sock-puppet returns after a ban shorten future appeal windows and, eventually, lead to a permanent no-appeal block. We don't enjoy this and it's vanishingly rare — almost everyone who gets banned and writes a thoughtful appeal comes back without issue.
