All sales final — our billing policy
Nimbus does not issue voluntary refunds. If something we own breaks, we make it right with replacement keys or time extensions.
Every Nimbus purchase is final. We do not offer voluntary refunds on any tier — Day, Week, Month, or Lifetime — for any reason after the key has been delivered. This is the policy you agreed to in Section 4 of the Terms when you checked out.
Why this policy exists. Nimbus is a digital good with no marginal cost of redelivery and an effectively-zero theft cost. A liberal refund policy turns into a try-and-refund free-tier within weeks, and the math stops working at our price point. The all-sales-final rule is what lets us keep the Day pass at $5 and the Lifetime at $120 instead of pricing both two or three times higher to amortize refund abuse.
What we do instead — replacement keys and time extensions. If something on our side genuinely breaks your purchase, we make it right. The published remedies are:
• Replacement key. Your original key never arrived, got eaten by a delivery bug, or won't activate because something on our infrastructure broke. We mint a fresh key for the same tier and the same expiry, no second purchase required.
• Time extension. A real outage on our side ate part of your subscription window — auth server down for 4 hours, mass detection event that took the build offline for half a day, etc. We extend the affected key by at least the outage duration (often more) so you don't lose paid time.
These cover the legitimate "something is broken" cases. They are handled by humans in #support on Discord, median first reply under 20 minutes.
What we don't cover.
• Buyer's remorse. You bought a Day pass and changed your mind, or you bought Lifetime and tried Nimbus for two days and don't like it. No refund, no partial credit.
• Marvel Rivals / NetEase bans. Section 5 of the Terms discloses Marvel ban risk before you pay. A NetEase ban does not entitle you to a refund — see Marvel Rivals bans — not our jurisdiction.
• Discord bans. If you get banned from our Discord, your license is unaffected and is not refunded. See Discord ban — license unaffected.
• Reseller purchases. Keys bought from anyone other than getnimbus.net are not supported and not eligible for any remedy.
Day → Lifetime within 24 hours. One in-kind make-good: if you bought a Day key by mistake and upgrade to Lifetime within 24 hours, email getnimbuscontact@gmail.com with both order IDs and we'll extend your Lifetime by the unused Day so the spend nets correctly. Outside that window we don't apply retroactive credit. This is a make-good, not a refund — your money stays on the account.
Chargebacks. Don't file one as a first move. SellAuth's fraud system auto-bans the email on chargeback and revokes the key. Your dashboard locks across every purchase tied to that account. We can't unbreak this from our side; the bank-side dispute is binding. If something is wrong, ticket us first — we resolve genuine issues without needing the chargeback hammer.
