Lost your license key — how to recover it

Your key is tied to your account, not the SellAuth email. Sign in at the dashboard and it's already there.

A "lost" license is almost never actually lost. The SellAuth delivery email contains a copy of the key, but the canonical source is your Nimbus account — every key you've ever bought is listed on the dashboard, and you can re-use any of them without needing the original email.

Path A: you remember the email you bought with. Sign in at getnimbus.net/dashboard using that email. Open the Keys panel. Every key tied to your account is listed there with its tier, activation date, and expiry. Click the Copy button next to the key you want and paste it into the loader. Done.

Path B: you forgot your dashboard password. Open /forgot and request a password reset. The reset link arrives within 2 minutes (check spam). Set a new password, sign in, follow Path A.

Path C: you forgot which email you bought with. Search every inbox you own for noreply@sellauth.com or the subject Your Nimbus key. The address SellAuth sent to is the address on the order. If you have multiple Gmail / Outlook / Proton accounts, try each — the search will return zero hits in every inbox except the right one.

Path D: you lost access to the email entirely. DM #support on Discord with:

• The order ID from the SellAuth confirmation email (if you can find it on an old phone, in a screenshot, anywhere).
• The crypto transaction ID (BTC / ETH / USDC hash) that paid for the order.
• The approximate purchase date.

Any one of those is usually enough to find your order in our records. With the order located, we can migrate the key to a new email address on a same-day timeline. Without any of them, we can sometimes still find you by the original on-chain payment hash, but the search takes longer.

What we will NOT do. Hand over a key based on "I lost my receipt but I definitely bought one" with no order ID, no payment hash, no email access. Every paid Nimbus key is in our database; recovering it requires proving the purchase belongs to you. The proofs are intentionally easy if you have any of the standard records, and intentionally hard if you have none — that's how we keep social-engineering takeovers off the door.

Pro tip for next time. When the SellAuth email arrives, copy the order ID into your password manager alongside your dashboard credentials. Takes 5 seconds, saves the lost-recovery headache forever.
