Nimbus accepts a deliberately wide set of payment methods so the buy flow works anywhere. Below is the canonical list — if you don't see your method, email getnimbuscontact@gmail.com and we'll add it if there's demand.

Credit & debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Processed via SellAuth's card gateway. Confirmation is instant on approval; the license key email goes out within 60 seconds. Card fees are absorbed by us — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Cash App. US only. Routes through SellAuth's Cashtag integration. Confirmation in under 2 minutes; key email follows.

Apple Pay / Google Pay. Available on browsers that support the Payment Request API (Safari on iOS/macOS, Chrome on Android). Routes to the card processor under the hood — same confirmation flow as a normal card buy.

PayPal. Available. Standard checkout flow; balance or linked-card-funded payments both work. PayPal's friendly-fraud risk profile is higher than cards, so payments above $50 sometimes go through manual review (typically resolved within 30 minutes).

Bitcoin (BTC). Standard on-chain payment. We wait for 1 confirmation before releasing the key — usually 8-15 minutes after broadcast. The SellAuth checkout shows a unique deposit address and the exact BTC amount to send. Exact amount only — over- or underpayments require a manual reconciliation ticket.

Ethereum (ETH), USDC, USDT. Same flow as BTC. We wait for 12 confirmations on ETH/ERC-20 (~3 minutes on mainnet). Layer-2 (Arbitrum, Base, Optimism) is also accepted — confirmations are essentially instant on those.

Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), Dogecoin (DOGE). Accepted. Same "exact amount, wait for confirmation" rules; counts vary by chain.

Stripe (card). Wired and gated behind a feature flag — when we flip the flag, the homepage will show a Pay with card button that uses Stripe instead of SellAuth. Until then, card payments route through SellAuth and there's no UX difference for you.

Fees. None on our side. Network fees on crypto (gas) are paid by the sender, which is standard for any on-chain payment.

Currency. All prices are USD at checkout. Card and PayPal show your local currency at the gateway level, applying the gateway's exchange rate; crypto is priced at the current spot rate at checkout open.

Tax. US: no sales tax collected (SellAuth handles state-by-state rules where required, but software-as-a-license is exempt in most states). EU: VAT applies on card buys and is shown on the receipt; crypto buys do not auto-collect VAT because the gateway can't reliably identify your country — you are responsible for self-declaring if your jurisdiction requires it. UK: VAT collected on card buys.

Refunds by method. Cards refund to the original card in 3-5 business days; PayPal is instant; crypto refunds go to the deposit address you originally sent from. See How to claim a refund for eligibility rules.

Chargebacks. Don't file one as a first move — chargebacks lock your dashboard across all your purchases, and the SellAuth fraud team auto-bans the email from future buys. If you think you qualify for a refund, talk to us first; we've never refused a legitimate refund request.
